◾Use for fish or chicken for Southern American dishes. Lightly coat in oil and sprinkle with seasoning and fry or BBQ, traditionally until blackened.
Perfect on pork or beef steaks, as well as slow cooked Cajun pork ribs
◾Add to roast potatoes or wedges.
◾Add midway through the cooking process in sauce based dishes and casseroles to retain flavour.
