Hot, earthy and smoky; Chipotle is an easy way to add depth & flavour to many Mexican, Tex-Mex & BBQ dishes.
By weight, chillies are high in vitamins, however it is negligible given the small amount used. Capsaicin dilates blood vessels which speeds up metabolism leading to weight loss, and facilitates oxygen and nutrient delivery to major organs. Chilli's are commonly known to improve blood circulation and general circulatory health due to the compound Capsaicin that gives it its characterising heat.
